Warm Beautiful Homes limited is an enterprise dedicated to providing great homes set in the glorious English countryside. We are always on the look out for exciting and interesting projects. We have recently acquired two wonderful sites that we plan on transforming into modern yet characterful developments, providing a choice in suave and sophisticated living for our discerning customers. Longnor Hall Estate
Longnor Hall Estate
Longnor Hall is our latest and most inspiring project to date. The facts are striking in themselves. There is the grade two star listed Hall together with a large stable yard, a coach house, and series of other traditional farm buildings. There is a major listed wall and a unique finialed store in the grounds dating back to the 1890s. All this is set within over 10 acres of land.

Lighteach Estate
Lighteach features a near derelict farmhouse and a range of traditional barn buildings. It is all set within over 10 acres of glorious rolling Shropshire countryside, in a very peaceful rural location. It occupies an idyllic position 3/4 mile north west of the village of Prees in Shropshire. The site includes a historic monument of a raised mound with moat around. There is also a stunning natural pool teeming with local wildlife.
Warm Beautiful Homes are now in the early planning stages of a new sympathetic treatment for the site which will allow more people to live and enjoy the rural lifestyle that so many want to enjoy. It will celebrate and enhance local biodiversity.
