Lighteach Estate

Our latest and greatest development, Lighteach Estate will comprise of a total of 6 exclusive properties, featuring the completely refurbished dairy and a range of traditional brick and more modern portal framed barn conversions. We intend to restore the estate to its former glory, but set in a modern context, so that today's generation can enjoy living, working and simply being in the glorious Shropshire countryside.

Lighteach Estate is set within over 10 acres, in a peaceful rural location. It occupies an idyllic position 3/4 mile north west of the village of Prees in Shropshire. As well as The Dairy and range of barns there is also a large historic monument within the boundary of the property and a large pond teaming with local wildlife.

It can trace its roots back to the 7th Century and Saint Chad. It has remained steadfast throughout the centuries producing food for Britain. In all of the centuries it has only had 5 owners, The Bishops of Lichfield, the Hill Family of Hawkestone fame, The Bathos Family, The Walley Family and now Warm Beautiful Homes.

Warm Beautiful Homes has taken a sympathetic approach to the site which allows people to live and enjoy the rural lifestyle that so many seek. Lighteach Estate preserves and enhances history and celebrates local wildlife and biodiversity, all whilst providing homes of the highest standard to be enjoyed for many years to come.

We prove that there is no need to settle for anything less than the best. In a world of compromise and change, occasionally a project rises above the mainstream. That project is Lighteach Estate and we dedicate it to the families and people who will be enjoying the space in the next millennia.
