Angela Joyce
Group Accountant

Angela has gained a wealth of experience in finance and accounting during her successful career. Her employment began in retailing, working for James Beattie in Wolverhampton with later moves into construction and the manufacturing industry. Angela is now keen to bring her skills to the rapidly expanding world of property development and is ready to provide key financial information to the team to keep things running smoothly.

Chris Maund
General Manager

Chris joined the team as General Manager to oversee and provide a crucial link between both onsite and office based activities within the business. Having previously taken on challenging management roles, he is ideally placed to understand the balance needed to make a business an ongoing success. He is able to deliver hands on people skills to the company and ensure that the “customer first” paradigm of the business is delivered. 

Paul Peakman
Field Supervisor

Paul is a fully qualified NAPIT registered electrician who has previously worked for large housing associations and has worked on projects ranging from Ministry of Defence bases to prisons to private residences. Paul has a wealth of experience in all areas of construction and maintenance and alongside his supervisory role on site also provides and manages the aftercare and maintenance of our properties. He is extremely customer driven, insists on the highest of standards in everything he and the company does and is always keen to expand his knowledge.
